Too Precious for this World

I know someone will be pleased to know I've finally got this done.
So sorry it took so long ( ; w ; )

KoroMarimo  came up with the most adorable nickname for Herr Major thus inspiring this. 
I was tempted to add a flower crown but that'd be a bit much

I opted for a more simplistic style ~ kind of like those flower crown + banner fanarts on Tumblr. 
If you guys think it'd look better with more detail let me know~
