They aren't exactly countries, but they will interact with other Hetalia characters

He is Friendly Towards everyone (Except if you scare him)

(If you do he will make a very Odd/Creepy face and make a threatening noise)

Can be Psychotic at times
Often happens when either in battle or when he is upset, His pupils shrink and wears a mad look on his face

Often Paints with the Color Red
Due to him having psychotic phases, he often gets some of it on his face and scares people due to the fact they think it is blood







They are part Swiss and Russian, and Both live in Moscow, Russia, and are under the Control of Ivan.
